When was the eyemagnet group founded?
eyemagnet co-founders Paul Treacy and Steve Castellotti met in 2004 while working for a mobile technology company in Auckland New Zealand.
Founded in 2005 and expanded to Silicon Valley in 2009 to deliver DOOH services to early US customers.
The founders went on to create eyemagnetTV focusing on the total venue experience including signage, TV and mobile.

Paul Treacy - Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Continually driven by success, Paul is a highly experienced professional with 25 years in technology businesses, driving business innovation and delivering shareholder value.
Paul was general manager of a successful start- up company in mobile messaging software, Jungledrum Message Systems Ltd., which concluded in a sale to Bulletin Wireless USA. Previously, he was senior Product Manager for Telecom New Zealand for text messaging and value added mobile services. He is the co-inventor, with Steve Castellotti, of patent pending technology for the delivery of contextual content to broadcast television.

Francois Modarresse - Vice President, Marketing
Francois is a veteran of media technologies with over 25 years of experience in companies ranging from start-ups to large global corporations. Prior to eyemagnetTV, Francois was Vice President of Marketing at Dolby Laboratories and before that SkyStream Networks (now part of Ericsson). He also held different management roles at Philips electronics.
His experience covers the entire media chain, from content production to distribution and playback leading to many millions of products sold worldwide. As a repeat innovator, he has under the belt several innovations such as the 1st MPEG2 encoders, the 1st DirecTV Digital Video Recorders, and HD production and distribution products.
Francois is the owner of a M.S. in Electronics from the Orsay University in France and the inventor of a patent in video compression.
Ciro A. Noronha - Vice President, Engineering
Ciro A. Noronha holds a a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. From 1993 to 1999 Dr. Noronha was with Optivision, where he led the development of some of the first IP-based MPEG streaming encoders and decoders. From 1999 to 2009, Dr. Noronha was with Tandberg/Ericsson, first as Director of Software, and later as Vice-President of Engineering.
During his tenure at Tandberg/Ericsson, Dr. Noronha led the development of a number of head-end MPEG-2 and H.264 products, including SD/HD encoders, transcoders, transrators, multiplexers, and data injection products, including one of the first DVB-S2 ACM routers in the market.
In 2009, Dr. Noronha was one of the founding members of Magenta Video Networks. Dr. Noronha has also had appointments to the Stanford University Electrical Engineering Department in 1999 and 2001 as a Consulting Professor.
